Cup D-Day for Spartans

SPARTANS were due to find out today if they would be expelled from the Scottish Cup.

The Capital club have been drawn to face Partick Thistle in the third round. However, they fielded an incorrectly registered player in Keith McLeod in the previous round against Culter, and must now await their fate.
