Craig Whyte returns to court facing fraud charges
Former Rangers owner Craig Whyte appeared in court in Glasgow today in connection with the allegedly fraudulent takeover of the club.
The 45-year-old is facing two charges - one of fraud and a second allegation under the Companies Act.
Details of what were discussed at the hearing cannot be reported for legal reasons.
The case was adjourned pending a further hearing later in in December in Edinburgh.
