Changing Room Chat: Euro glory is up Buchanan’s street

LIAM Buchanan is dreaming of playing in the Champions League after penning a short-term deal with Sligo Rovers.

The 27-year-old yesterday signed with the League of Ireland leaders until the end of their season in November after deciding to move on from Dunfermline.

Rovers are two points ahead of Drogheda United at the summit of the Irish top flight and Buchanan is desperate to help the club remain at the top over the course of their last ten matches, with a spot in next term’s Champions League qualifiers up for grabs.
