Champions League draw: Bayern test for Moyes

AN ALL-English clash was avoided in the Champions League quarter-final draw today, as Chelsea were drawn to face Paris St Germain and Manchester United were handed a tie with German side Bayern Munich.

Odds on Manchester United to win the tournament have gone from 20/1 to 33/1 following their pairing with titleholders Bayern.

Real Madrid will have the chance to gain revenge for last season’s semi-final defeat by Bayern’s Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund after they were drawn together.

Dortmund won the first leg 4-1, eventually going through 4-3 on aggregate, and will visit the Bernabeu for the first leg.

Barcelona were drawn to face fellow La Liga outfit Atletico Madrid - the first time the teams have met in European competition while former Chelsea stopper Alex could face his former club as the Blues travel to Paris to face PSG.
