Champions League 2021: when is the quarter-final draw - date, time and location of UEFA last-eight ceremony

We're approaching the business end of Europe’s premier club competition.

Porto, Borussia Dortmund, Liverpool and PSG became the first sides to seal their place in the Champions League last-eight draw, with four more spots up for grabs.

The quarter-finals will be without familiar faces with both Lionel Messi’s Barcelona and Cristiano Ronaldo’s Juventus knocked out in the last-16.

The sun may be beginning to set on the two greats’ careers but the round of 16 saw the stars of two of the world’s most exciting prospects continuing to rise with both Erling Haaland of Borussia Dortmund and Kylian Mbappe of PSG impressing.

The Norwegian and the Frenchman will face even greater tests in the last eight with six-time champions Liverpool among their potential opponents.

When is the quarter-final draw?

The quarter-final draw takes place two days after the conclusion of the last-16 ties.

The ceremony will take place on Friday, March 19 at 11am UK time.

When will the quarter-finals be played?

The first legs are scheduled to kick off on April 6 and 7, with the second legs to be played a week later on April 13 and 14.

When will the semi-final draw take place?

The semi-final draw will take place at the same march 19 ceremony.

The ‘home side’ for the final in Istanbul, Turkey is also set to be decided at the event.

When are the semi-final and final?

The first legs of the semi-finals are scheduled to kick off on April 27 and 28, with the second legs to be played a week later on May 4 and 5.

The final will be contested on May 29.
