A happy trip down memory lane has been spoiled somewhat by the club crashing out of the Champions League qualifiers for the third year running with supporters calling for heads to roll in the boardroom and in the dugout.
However, that doesn’t mean that raging fans can't distract themselves from a couple of minutes by remembering happier times and finding out what those heroes are up to these days...
5. Alan Stubbs
The 6-2 game came during Stubbs' final season at Celtic. He later went on to play in England, most notably with Everton. After retiring he went into coaching and then management. Was last seen at St Mirren in 2018. Photo: SNS Group

7. Bobby Petta
The Dutch winger hit the headlines in 2016 when he signed for Rossvale in the West of Scotland League. These days he passes his time as a DJ in Glasgow. Photo: SNS Group
8. Stiliyan Petrov
Unfortunately forced into early retirement with Aston Villa due to a leukaemia diagnosis, but thankfully the cancer went into remission. Had a brief time on Villa's coaching staff but mainly seen by Celtic fans as a pundit on BT Sport these days. Photo: SNS Group
