Much of Scotland has been hit with an icy blast this week with the top flight fixture between Livingston and Hamilton falling victim to the weather after the artificial playing surface at the Tony Macaroni Arena was buried under eight inches of snow.

Inverness Caledonian Thistle’s home match with Alloa is also postponed, as well as Dundee’s home match with Ayr, which was called off yesterday.

However, the Buddies have revealed that there are no such concerns over the surface at the Simple Digital Arena, with the Paisley club posting on Twitter: “Might be cold out but the pitch in good condition ahead of tonight's game.”

The match is due to kick-off at 8pm.
