SPFL partner Papa John's in hilarious and stinging Celtic put down at their faltering 10 in a row bid

Hopes of achieving 10 in a row are very slim with the club now 13 points behind Rangers after Sunday’s draw with St Johnstone, their dominance of domestic trophies was ended by Ross County and they’ve been knocked out of Europe.

Fans have twice protested outside of Parkhead following dismal results with change at management and boardroom level demanded.

Celtic have not had to look far to see fans of other teams take enjoyment from their struggles.

Now popular pizza outlet Papa John’s are getting in on the act.

The official delivery and takeaway partner of the SPFL poked fun on social media at Celtic’s league dominance ending at nine titles.

Papa John’s Twitter account were in a conversation with a Celtic fan who asked them to send pizza to the club.

The takeaway giant returned with a stinging retort: “We could send 9 as it looks like you won't get 10.”
