Rangers linked with ex-Feyenoord starlet

RANGERS have been linked with former Feyenoord youngster Tarik Fagrach, after the 17-year-old striker, who can also play out wide, was kicked out by the Dutch club for poor behaviour.

The Moroccan Under-20 was banished from the Feyenoord academy after a bust-up with coach Han Gosgens.

Fagrach had scored 39 goals in 54 matches, including nine this season, but his potency in front of goal counted for nothing as the club released him.

And now the Gers are believed to have offered him a three-year deal. (fr12.nl)

Allan and Stokes set for Hoops start

FORGOTTEN man Anthony Stokes and midfielder Scott Allan could be called upon by Ronny Deila tonight as the Celtic boss looks to combat a midfield crisis.

Midfielder Scott Brown has been ruled out for three months while the talismanic Kris Commons is out, while Nir Bitton and Stefan Johansen are suspended.

RANGERS shareholder Mike Ashley has accused the Rangers board of misleading fans on a number of key issues.

The Newcastle United owner has vowed to take more court action to prevent his shareholding being diluted by a further share issue.

AJAX head coach Frank de Boer believes Celtic have joined his club in struggling to live up to former European glories because of a decline in domestic standards.

Motherwell fans urged to back fan ownership

KEITH Lasley has urged Motherwell supporters to secure the club’s future before a crisis kicks in.

The 36-year-old is a fully paid up member of the Well Society, the fans’ group which aspires to gain a controlling shareholding at Fir Park by 2020.

With a stated target of 2,000 pledging supporters, the group currently have 1,200 adult and 400 junior members, with majority shareholder Les Hutchison recently stating that initial enthusiasm had “waned”. (The Scotsman)
