McCoist would take paycut

Rangers boss Ally McCoist has said that he would take a paycut if it stopped Rangers from experiencing further financial problems in future.

The manager is thought to be on a salary of £760,000, amid claims last week that the club could be in administration by Christmas. (Scotland on Sunday)

Both sides are low on confidence ahead of today’s clash, with Hibs still trying to get their squad to gel and Hearts fielding a young side after having to let a number of big names go.
