Today was meant to be the day after the night before. Scotland v Israel at Hampden Park as the country looked to make another step towards their first finals tournament since France ‘98. Instead we continue to live in unprecedented times.
Instead of football, it is contract queries, league reconstruction, prolonged seasons and advanced payments. More and more clubs are beginning to realise how difficult the next two or three months are going to be with no football and no income.

2. League reconstruction?
A document which outlines how a 14-team Scottish Premiership could be created along with a major reshuffle of the rest of Scottish football has emerged amid the ongoing debate about how to finish the 2019/20 season. 4. Budge rejects transfer claims
