SPL Fanzone: Celtic

My greatest fear before the Dunfermline game was complacency.

However, the team started brightly and were in complete control of the first-half with a couple of great goals from Tony and the current cult hero, Vic Wanyama.

Charlie Mulgrew, with his two assists, continues to grow in the centre-half position and surely must be a cert for a Scotland cap. However, I am sure Levein won’t want that silky football in his team! The biggest cheer of the afternoon was for the return of Emilio. Great to see him back and the competition for places it will now generate! Well done to the Pars for opening all their stands; hopefully it generated much-needed revenue and created a better atmosphere.

The Blue Toon beckons – a chance to rest those players carrying niggly injuries and also a chance to unleash Bangura.
