Former manager linked with role at Ibrox

Former Fulham and Bayern Munich manager Felix Magath is holding his cards close to his chest after declining to discuss his motivation for becoming a shareholder in Rangers.

His purchase of one per cent of the Glasgow club comes amid speculation he is set to be identified as a potential technical director at the club following his sacking as Fulham manager in September. (The Scotsman)

Deila has sights on Treble to silence critics

Ronny Deila has said he will continue to be questioned as manager of Celtic until he has won silverware. The Norwegian has been the subject of scathing criticism in his first six months after slips in the club’s European and domestic campaigns. Celtic are now playing catch up to Premiership leaders Aberdeen.

Celtic manager Ronny Deila is plotting a move for Wigan forward Shaun Maloney who has just six months left on his contract at the English club. The move would see Maloney completing a third spell at Celtic Park.
