Rogne ready to claw back

Thomas ROGNE admits actions speak louder than words as he insists Celtic are capable of catching Clydesdale Bank Scottish Premier League leaders Rangers.

The goalless draw against Hibs at Parkhead on Saturday left Celtic 12 points behind Rangers and three behind second-placed Motherwell, albeit they have a game in hand over both clubs.

The Norway Under-21 defender, who has recently returned to first-team action, refuted the notion the title race is over but accepts he, like his teammates, need to back that up with action.

“It is just November, so there is a long way to go,” he said. “We are behind in the league but we believe we can overturn it and everyone is determined to do that.”
