Celtic star Commons got down on one knee after roping in conjuror Billy Reid to help him with the proposal.
The magician made a ping pong ball vanish, and a ring box appear in its place.
And gobsmacked Lisa told The Sun that she opened the box expecting to find earrings, but instead found an engagement ring.
She added: “I was in shock - I wasn’t expecting it at all.
“I didn’t say anything for about ten seconds and people started shouting ‘answer him!’”
Commons, 31, set up the surprise as part of Lisa’s 30th birthday bash at the Corinthian Club in Glasgow on Saturday.
And Lisa revealed the Celtic star had even asked her dad’s permission, adding: “He got down on one knee and gave a speech.”
The pair intend to recreate the proposal for their three children; five-year-old April, William, three, and two-year-old Jax.
