John Kennedy makes two changes to Celtic team in his first game as interim manager

The Celtic team to face Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership

It’s the beginning of a new era at Celtic after Neil Lennon walked away from the job he held for the previous two years.

Former No.2 John Kennedy takes the job on the interim basis while the board search for the Northern Irishman’s successor. Kennedy insists he’s not auditioning for the job and is merely looking to inject some life into Celtic’s gruelling season as we enter the final stretch of fixtures.

The reigning Scottish champions were on a seven-game winning streak before they were brought back down to earth again with a thud in last week’s 1-0 loss to Ross County in the Highlands.

They'll be looking to respond with a convincing win over Derek McInnes’ men, who were a little unfortunate not to pick up a point in their last trip to Celtic Park.

The Celtic subs are: Hazard, Duffy, Griffiths, Ajeti, Soro, Elyounoussi, Henderson, Montgomery, Ralston
