John Guidetti hails ‘dream’ move to Celta Vigo

The towering Swede, who netted 15 goals in 35 outings during a loan spell from Manchester City to Celtic last term, opted for a switch to La Liga despite reported interest from Lazio, Udinese, Trabzonspor and Brentford.
Guidetti penned a five-year contract with Celta Vigo over the weekend and says he is ready to realise a lifelong dream by crossing swords with the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid and Valencia on a weekly basis.

“To pull on the light blue jersey and play against the best teams and the best players in the world is a dream come true. I know it will be a challenge, but I am a striker and I am here to get goals and assists.
