Bayern Munich are keen on doing a deal for Celtic youngster Barry Hepburn – just months after the Bundesliga giants plucked Liam Morrison from the Hoops’ youth ranks. The 16-year-old Hepburn is a centre-forward who is attached to Celtic until the summer of 2022. He currently plays with the Parkhead side’s Under-18s, and has been capped by Scotland at Under-16 and Under-17 level. (Various)

Rangers ‘will share evidence’ backing call for probe into SPFL vote

Rangers have revealed they are ready to share evidence they believe warrants an independent investigation into the validity of the SPFL vote to curtail the season. The Ibrox club have already called for an emergency general meeting of all clubs to vote on plans for a probe. (The Scotsman)

Gullan hoping to fulfil Scotland dream

Jamie Gullan still hopes to fulfil his dream of playing for Scotland after having his international debut put on hold by the coronavirus pandemic. The Hibs striker received his first national call-up only days before the football shutdown when he was named in Scot Gemmill’s Under-21 squad for the European Championship qualifiers with Croatia and Greece at the end of March and while the health crisis is at the forefront of Gullan’s mind, his career ambition is to represent his country so he is praying the chance will come again. Hearts on collision course with players over pay

Hearts’ pay-cut rebels have until the close of play on Monday to accept owner Ann Budge’s latest pay ultimatum – or face having their contracts suspended, according to reports. Tynecastle players are due to receive their first reduced monthly pay packet on Thursday but the Daily Record reports that a number of squad members are still refusing the cuts and are locked in talks with PFA Scotland over their options, with the union's lawyers examining Budge's latest demand.
