The Australian playmaker is in talks with Championship side West Bromwich Albion, according to Daily Telegraph journalist John Percy.

Rogic is a free agent after leaving Celtic in the summer following nine years of service.

The 29-year-old scored 46 goals in 273 appearances, helping the club win a host of trophies, including six league tiles and providing some memorable strikes along the way.

There was some concern around the player during the summer when he pulled out of the Australia squad for their crucial World Cup play-off ties and didn't return manager Graham Arnold’s attempts to contact him.

Rogic had been linked with clubs in Asia and Europe but is set to continue his career in England.

West Brom, managed by Steve Bruce, are currently 16th in the Championship after one win, six draws and a defeat from their opening eight games.
