European heavyweights 'join race for Celtic ace' as midfielder names them as his preference

Marseille have reportedly joined the chase for Olivier Ntcham with Newcastle United also said to be pursuing the Celtic midfielder.

Sky Sports say the 24-year-old has made it known to Neil Lennon’s side that he would prefer a return to his native France rather than the north east of England.

Newcastle are pursuing a loan move for the ex-Manchester City youngster, who hasn’t played for the Parkhead side since December 23, though Celtic would prefer a option-to-buy was included in the deal.
