Dedryck Boyata flies in for Celtic transfer talks

The deal will be subject to the centre back agreeing terms on a three-year contract and successfully completing a medical. The transfer is thought to be worth a fee of around £1.5 million for the Belgian who still has a year to run on his current contract.
If the deal can be made then Boyata will replace his fellow countryman and City teammate Jason Denayer who is returning to the Etihad after a year’s loan.

There are rumours that City wish to install a buy-back clause into the transfer should Boyata thrive in Glasgow.
