Cardiff’s Malaysian owner Vincent Tan has made a £25million transfer pot available to manager Malky Mackay, and Ledley is thought to be on the Scot’s list of targets.

Ledley joined Celtic in July 2010 from Cardiff on a free transfer, and the £4million fee quoted in reports would represent pure profit for the club. He is also believed to be one of the top earners at Celtic Park.

Ledley has played 29 times for Celtic this season, scoring 7 goals.
