De Sciglio cost Juventus a reported €12million in 2017 when they signed him from AC Milan. In just over three seasons at the Turin giants he has played just 62 times.
However, he has won three Serie A titles during that time plus a Coppa Italia.
Celtic are still in the market for a left-back and have been linked with a host of names, from Charlton’s Alfie Doughty to Dane Casper Højer Nielsen.
The club have until Monday to finalise their business ahead of the transfer market closing.
