Celtic 'to sign Robert Snodgrass' before end of the transfer window
The West Ham United attacker has been linked with a move to the Scottish champions on several occasions but the move finally looks like going through.
A £10milliom signing by the Hammers in the 2017 January window, hasn’t featured for the London club in an English Premier League match since March.
The 33-year-old is keen to find first-team opportunities elsewhere and “sources in London” expect him to return to Scotland for the first time since leaving Livingston in 2008.
Since then he's played for Leeds United, Norwich City and Hull City, along with a loan spell at Aston Villa.
If the deal goes through, Snodgrass would become Celtic’s sixth summer signing after deals from Albian Ajeti (also from West Ham), Vasilis Barkas, David Turnbull, Shane Duffy, Mohamed Elyounoussi.
