Joe Hart: Little to do except try and get the attacks moving quickly on those few occasions he saw the ball in the first half. Suddenly found himself with a penalty to face near the start of the second half. Sent the wrong way by David Cancola. 5

Anthony Ralston: Powerful running up the right flank as ever. Went down a bit too easily in the second half amid shouts for a penalty. But put in some telling challenges to make sure Celtic kept the lead. Excellent. 8

Moritz Jenz: Helped off before half-time and replaced by Starfelt. Looked like a head knock when means the break has come up at a good time. 4

Cameron Carter-Vickers: Usual hulking presence at the back. As things started to look a little desperate for Celtic he did not have to be asked twice to have a shot at goal from distance. One went well over and another was blocked. 6

Alexandro Bernabei: One great run in the first half drew applause. Looked lively although played an unwitting part in the Ross County penalty award when his clearance deflected off Callum Johnson onto O’Riley’s hand. Subbed off with much acclaim from the stands after 86 minutes for Taylor. 7

Matt O’Riley: Shot narrowly wide in first half and set up Kyogo for a good opportunity. Unfortunate for the penalty as there was very little he knew about the ball rebounding up against his hand. Deflected effort late on. 7

Reo Hatate: Like O’Riley, a mainstay of this team amid wholesale changes from Postecoglou. And as usual, the hard working and not to say talented midfielder demonstrated why. Played a part in both goals – set up Turnbull with a brilliant run for the first and was in the right place to play a one-two with Haksabanovic for the second. 9

David Turnbull: One free kick into the wall. Booked for a foul in the middle of the park on the stroke of half time before he struck Celtic’s equaliser 17 minutes into the second half. He took a touch and then slotted home from four yards after fine Hatate play. 7

Daizen Maeda: Swapped sides with Haksabanovic midway through the opening half as Celtic looked to breach the visitors’ backline. A cross that went behind early in the second half drew groans. Subbed off as one of the three changes Postecoglou was preparing to make as Celtic went ahead on 68 minutes. 5

Sead Haksabanovic: Crossed for Kyogo, whose header went over early on. Struggled to get into the play in the opening half but burst on scene in the second half to put Celtic ahead with a lovely finish after a one-two with Hatate. Watched his effort curl into the far corner of the net like a snooker shot dropping into a pocket. 7

Kyogo Furuhashi: Uncharacteristic miss after being put through by O’Riley when he pushed a shot wide after 23 minutes. Headed over in the opening few minutes too. Made way for Giakoumakis just after Celtic made it 2-1. 6
