The Hoops travelled to Philadelphia to take on Real Madrid in August 2012, and prior to the 2013/14 season travelled to Australia for a number of friendly fixtures.

The match will also be a homecoming of sorts for Celtic’s Finnish striker Teemu Pukki, who hails from the town of Kotka, around 80 miles from the Finnish capital.
