Celtic hero pinpoints weakness he wants to see improved after first half against Ross County

The champions led 1-0 at the break against Ross County but could have been behind early to a Ross Stewart header as he moved in front of Christopher Jullien to have a chance at goal.

While Hartson agreed with fellow pundit Stephen McManus that the Frenchman could’ve done better, he thinks Celtic need to work on stopping the danger before it becomes a threat.

He said on Celtic TV: “For me, it’s OK talking about Stewart in the box and that we need to do more to stop the header, but we’ve got to stop crosses coming in at source in the first place.

“That’s the initial danger. Can Callum McGregor get closer and stop the cross? He’s got to bust a gut. It’s allowed to come into the box too easily for me.”
