The annual general meeting usually takes place inside Celtic Park but is being held virtually this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

There will be no live questioning, with shareholders asked to submit their questions in advance of the summit, which is being held against the backdrop of significant supporter unrest following a poor start to the season, which has left the club's 10-in-a-row dream hanging by a thread.

Protests have been staged outside Celtic Park for three consecutive weeks, with majority shareholder Dermot Desmond, chief executive Peter Lawell and manager Neil Lennon all coming under fire.

As well as the future positions of the manager and board, another hot topic on the agenda is Resolution 12, which dates back to the Scottish FA’s decision to license Rangers to participate in the Champions League in season 2011-12.

The SFA has confirmed it will not refer the matter to the Court of Arbitration on Sport, with members now being given a final vote on whether the club should call on UEFA to investigate the matter.

The Celtic AGM will take place on Monday December 14 at 11.30am.
