BBC secures English Premier radio rights

THE BBC have been awarded four of the Premier League's seven national radio commentary broadcast rights' packages for the 2010-11 to 2012-13 seasons.

The BBC's package includes Saturday lunchtime and the pick of the 3pm fixtures, as well as Sunday 4pm and Monday night matches. Talksport were awarded two packages (Sunday before 3pm and Saturday evening matches) and Absolute Radio one (second pick of Saturday 3pm fixtures).
