Alloa 2 - 2 Queen of South: Dead rubber all square
A competitive edge just about compensated for that in a game when Queens twice came from behind to share the spoils.
Just seven days after collecting their first win of the campaign at the Indodrill stadium at the expense of Hibernian, the Wasps were denied a second victory five minutes from time when Dale Hilson headed in Mark Millar’s corner. Relegated Alloa went ahead in the 37th minute from the spot through Iain Flannigan after Jordan Marshall had taken out Mitch Megginson.

Alloa manager Jack Ross admitted after the game that he wants to be handed the chance to try to take the club back to the Championship.
He said: “Hopefully that will be addressed over the next week or so. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the chance here.
“I would very much welcome the opportunity to try and get the club back up again.”
