First live SPL games agreed

THE first batch of live televised matches to be shown from the forthcoming season's Clydesdale Bank Premier League have been announced, with Sky and ESPN sharing 23 fixtures up until the end of November.

Celtic and Rangers' first clash of the 2010/11 season will be played at Parkhead on Sunday, 24 October at 12 noon and will be shown on Sky Sports, while the first live Edinburgh derby of the season at Easter Road on Sunday, 7 November has a 2.15pm kick-off and will also be screened by Sky.
