Exiles secure deal for scrum–half Bolt

LONDON Scottish have signed 24-year-old scrum-half Richard Bolt from Aviva Premiership champions Harlequins.

Bolt brings plenty of Championship and Premiership rugby experience having previously had spells at Exeter and Bristol before joining Quins last summer.

He said: “London Scottish is clearly a club with a lot of ambition and drive, as you can see from their recent history of promotions.

“Their style of rugby is similar to Quins and, after speaking to Simon Amor, you can see the club has a great coaching set-up too.”

Exiles’ director of rugby Amor said: “Richard brings Premiership level experience to a position we are looking to improve in, but also the level of experience we are looking to bring in across the board.”
