TWITTER sensation Ashley Kerekes has arrived in Sydney for her first taste of cricket.

The 22-year-old American became an unlikely celebrity when her Twitter profile @theeashes was hijacked by cricket fans swelling her followers from 300 to almost 13,500 and confusing her with questions like "Do you reckon Swanny will get much turn at Adelaide?". Now Qantas have flown her to watch the Test at the SCG. "I'm really excited even though Australians are pretty bummed - I know that England has retained," said Kerekes.
