Cycling: Ewing part of cycling team

West Lothian cyclist Anne Ewing is among four Scots included in the Breast Cancer Care Cycling Team which will officially be launched at the
Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome in Glasgow on Saturday.

The former Edinburgh Road Club rider will be joined in the squad, which was formerly known as ForViored RT, but has changed its name to reflect support for the cancer charity, by Kayleigh Brogan, the ex-City of Edinburgh member who is the current Scottish Road Race and criterium champion.

The others signing up are Stirling duo Jane Barr and Laura Murray.

The team also features Dame Sarah Storey, the
six-times Paralympic cycling gold medallist. It will have its first competitive outing at the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad in Belgium on February 23.
