Cricket: Carlton set up Grange clash

Carlton will face Grange in the final of this year's Masterton twenty:20 cricket trophy on Friday week at Grange Loan after the holders overcame Watsonians by seven wickets and with seven balls to spare at Myreside last night.

Set a total of 133-4 to win, Carlton were helped by a prominent innings from Scotland captain Gordon Drummond set them on course to achieve their fifth victory in six years.

For Watsonians, Ewan Chalmers was 43 not out while Ryan Flannigan opened and contributed 25.
