Cricket: Andrew Strauss backs KP and Cook

England cricket captain Andrew Strauss believes Alastair Cook and Kevin Pietersen will soon be back in the runs.

Going into today's second npower Test at Edgbaston, Pietersen has not made a century since March last year, while Cook looked out of form at Trent Bridge last week. Strauss, however, is not about to lose any sleep on either account.

"As far as Cook goes, it was only a few Tests ago that he scored a hundred against Bangladesh. KP has had a bit of a dip of late, but players of that quality come through."
