Scotland have already decided they will continue to play Group One opponents Czech Republic in a friendly at Hampden next month, despite the two countries being drawn in the same group. And, in a curious twist, two of the other nations in the group have also agreed to keep their pre-arranged match on 28 May in Vaduz.
