FORMER England rugby captain Matt Dawson was up to his usual wind-up tricks as he laid into Scotland following the try-less 15-6 win over Georgia in Invercargill yesterday.

The former scrum-half turned Question of Sport captain, who so irritated Australians with his continual jibes on tours with England and the Lions he was nicknamed ‘the dustmite’, tweeted: “What has happened to the Scots? Best the sweaties stick to remembering 1990.

“England will put at least 25 points on Georgia – Scotland could only manage five kicks!”
