Changing room chat: Pat Stanton to hang out at Easter Road

A PAINTING of Hibs legend, Pat Stanton, by portrait artist Aine Devine, has been snapped up at an exclusive preview of the Edinburgh Macmillan Art Show 2010.

Stephen Dunn, a former Hibs director, bought the painting and is donating it to the Hibernian Historical Trust. The portrait of Pat will complement the already impressive art collection at Easter Road, which includes paintings of Joe Baker, George Best, Bobby Johnstone and Willie Ormond. Dunn commissioned Aine to paint a portrait of Gordon Smith and hopes to persuade the artist to paint the surviving members of the Famous Five - Lawrie Reilly and Eddie Turnbull.
