The Frenchman was a second half substitute in the 3-0 defeat in the Allianz Arena. Having returned to the Celtic squad following a period out with injury, he recently netted four goals in two games against Hibs and Aberdeen, and has been preferred to Leigh Griffiths in attack.

Elsewhere, Nir Bitton starts at the heart of the defence with right-back Cristian Gamboa among the substitutes.

In the centre of the park, Stuart Armstrong and Callum McGregor have been chosen to assist Scott Brown with Olivier Ntcham and Tom Rogic on the bench.

There’s also a return to the starting XI on the European stage for James Forrest. He replaces the injured Patrick Roberts.
