Callum Skinner ready for Revolution meeting in Manchester

EDINBURGH cyclist Callum Skinner will have his first major test of the year when he lines up for tomorrow night's Revolution meeting in Manchester.

The City of Edinburgh sprinter, 17, will be in action alongside fellow Scot John Paul as well as English rider Kian Emadi and Welsh counterpart Lewis Oliva against the best young riders from France and Germany.

Skinner is a member of the British Cycling Olympic Development Programme which is aims to nurture medal hopes for the London Olympics in 2012.
