Burke runner could be just the Jobe again at Hamilton

A BUSY June at Hamilton continues this evening with a Summer Party Night offering a seven-race card and plenty of entertainment off the track.

The action will be brought to life by Channel 4's Derek Thompson, and the feature race is a 7,000 handicap over six furlongs, with the Kevin Ryan-trained Jobe back in Lanarkshire bidding for a second course and distance win inside a week, following his triumph last Thursday.

Elsewhere Sean Harley returns from Ireland with three runners including last year's Scottish Trophy winner Belle Noverre in the nine-furlong seller, although the prolific Fremen will prove a difficult rival to beat in the type of contest he excels in.
