Braids bunch

FORMER East Alliance secretary Keith Liddle and new Scottish cap Allyn Dick were the two main winners in the Harrison Open, which attracted a field of 120 at the Braids.

Liddle, a member of the host club, took the handicap honours with a net 65 playing off seven, pipping another Harrison man, Justin White, by a single shot.

Dick, a three-time Dispatch Trophy winner on the same course, claimed the scratch spoils with a 68, winning by the narrowest of margins from Andy Laurence and Dougie Waugh.
