Bathgate make or break

BATHGATE face a must-win game at Bonnyrigg tonight if they are to retain their hopes of snatching the Super League title away from Bo'ness.

Bathgate are one of three clubs, Linlithgow and Hill of Beath are the others, who can catch the leaders and they hope to steel a march on Linlithgow who are on John Walker (Painters and Decorators) East of Scotland Cup duty in the third round against Ballingry, while Bo'ness are at Oakley in the same competition.

Penicuik and Arniston, meanwhile, face each other in a crunch Premier League encounter in Midlothian with the home team battling to avoid joining relegated Montrose through the trap door. Penicuik are running out of games, with Blairgowrie and Fauldhouse still in trouble and Armadale not entirely safe.
