Basketball: Tough season opener for Edinburgh Kings

EDINBURGH KINGS begin their 2013 Scottish League programme with a tough away trip to play Troon tomorrow at the Tornadoes’ new home venue at Belmont Academy, Ayr (4:05pm).

Boroughmuir Blaze are also away, to St Mirren, while Dunfermline Reign host Falkirk Fury at Queen Anne High. Edinburgh Kool Kats host Scottish Cup shockers Tayside Musketeers in the women’s league at Portobello HS (3pm), while Polonia Phoenix play Glasgow Rocks at the Crags (3:20pm).
