AAA listers for Bedford

The AAA Under-23 and Under-20 Championships in Bedford this weekend will be the mecca for a big contingent of Capital Scots including high jumpers Emma Nuttall and Emma Lowry, long jumpers Allan Hamilton, Sarah Warnock and Faye Nicholson (U-20).

On the track Tom Holligan goes in the U-20 200 metres, Jay Younger in the 400m, Peter Loudon 800m, Jake Wightman 1500m, Seamus Thomson 400 hurdles, Emily Dudgeon 800m, Louisa Stewart 1500/3000m and Kimberley Reed hammer.

Lasswade’s Ross Matheson drops down to the U-23 800m and in the same group are Kirsten McAslan (400m) and Emily Stewart (1500m).
