A Muss-win encounter

Musselburgh GRAMMAR footballers are one match away from joining fellow Lothians school Linlithgow Academy in the final of the Scottish Schools FA under-15 Shield. Musselburgh have been crowned champions of the Edinburgh schools league and will play Clydebank side St Peter the Apostle High School in the semi-final of the national competition on Thursday, April 28.

The match will kick off at 6.30pm at Park View, home of West Lothian junior club Fauldhouse United. The winners of the national tourney will go on to represent Scotland in the four-day SAFIB British Isles Cup during May. This involves the national competition winners from England, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
