They advised on the sales of Integrated Environmental Solutions to Apax; Hamilton Waste & Recycling to Biffa; and Totally Natural Pet Products to The Nutriment Group. The firm led an event at Glasgow Technology Week and participated in the Scale-Up Scotland initiative.
