MacRoberts unveils two partner promotions

Jennifer McKay has been with the firm for 14 years and was a senior associate within its construction group, advising clients in a wide variety of disputes, including adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings. She is based in Edinburgh but will work across its other offices in Glasgow and Dundee.

Michael Kelly, based in Glasgow, started his career with MacRoberts as a newly qualified solicitor in 2006, and was latterly a senior associate in the corporate group. He specialises in a range of corporate law issues and has experience across a number of business sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals and investments.

Managing partner John Macmillan said: “Both Michael and Jennifer have proven their worth, both in terms of commitment to the company and their clients, and they bring a wealth of talent to the partners in MacRoberts.”

MacRoberts now has 49 partners working across its three offices.
