The four-star “Lodge on Loch Lomond” Hotel has been brought to the market, it was announced today, offering operators and investors “a unique opportunity” to acquire a luxury hotel within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.

CBRE and Smith & Clough, the firms handling the sale, said the hotel has 47 en-suite bedrooms and suites, along with an AA Rosette restaurant. There are also conference, event and meeting facilities over three suites that can accommodate 250 delegates each, and the hotel holds a civil wedding licence.

Shaun Skidmore, senior director at CBRE, said: “The sale of the Lodge on Loch Lomond Hotel is an exceptional opportunity for operators and investors to acquire a successful luxury hotel in one of Scotland’s most impressive and sought-after locations.

Hotels on the banks of the loch simply don’t come to market and the existing offering, coupled with the potential for future turnover growth, will ensure strong levels of investor interest from both within the UK and most likely overseas.”
